 TOPIC 1 : WRITE ABOUT YOUR FITNESS AND EATING HABITS

1. Introduction

Hello everyone, my name is Minh An and im 17 year old, today i will talk about my workout routines and my eating habit.


2. Fitness

I have a normal shape because I exercise every day. To stay in shape, I go running and go bike riding every afternoon in the park near my house. I run about 20 minutes a day and cycle 15km a day, sometimes with friends or alone. This routine helps me a lot because I can sleep better and feel more refreshed.



Regular excercise makes me physically strong and lowers stress levels, thus making me more calm and peaceful.


3. Eating habits

I don't avoid any unhealthy foods, just eat what I like but in smaller portions. I eat a lot of seafood and meat for protein and vitamins. I think my eating habits are not really healthy but I exercise every day so I will eat what I want.






4. Conclusion

In summary, daily exercise will greatly benefit your health and shape.
